Celebrating 5 Years of JW Collaborative!

Today, I’m celebrating the 5 year anniversary of JW Collaborative!

This solo yet collaborative venture has given me the opportunity to do what I love in the service of others looking to make a difference in their corner of their world, and I hope I’ll get to keep doing just that for years to come.

And with the Olympics happening in the background, I can’t help but feel connected to many of the very human stories of these superhuman athletes. Their dedication to their craft, their consistency in showing up every day for years and years, their resilience in overcoming disappointment or hardship to ultimately pursue their dreams, and their ability to rise to the occasion when their moment arrives.

But the thing that stands out the most in their stories, and I can relate to the most, is the fact that these often solo ventures…are hardly solo at all.

So, what I’m celebrating today is that I’m supported by a coalition of partners willing to engage, think, and do differently to achieve something better together. I’m also celebrating the people who make space for me - collaboratively, authentically, and logistically - to make it happen:
